At probadminton.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you receive a product that is not right for you – whether it’s the wrong item, size, or you simply changed your mind – we’re here to help.

Return Policy

• If the item you receive is not right for any reason, you may return it to us within 3 days after delivery.

Important Return Guidelines

• The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Use the same box your item was shipped in for returning the product.

• Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

• Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside the original shipping box.

• Bags, strings, and accessories must be unused, with their original packaging and label.

• Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product appears used or tampered with.

  • The original packaging or tags are missing or damaged.

• Products bought in sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

• ⚠️ Return shipping must be arranged by the customer. We do not provide pickup service, and we are not responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund or Exchange

On receiving your returned product in good condition, we will:

• Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

• Exchange it with another item of your choice.

Refunds will be processed within:

• 5-7 working days for online payments.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI.

For customers whose parcel has been Returned to Origin (RTO) due to any reason, the Partial COD payment is not refundable.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.

• For any damaged or wrong product claims, a video of the unboxing is mandatory. Without this, the return or refund will not be processed.

• We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service for returns. We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a 100% refund.

• If the product has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
