At probadminton.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you receive a product that is not right for you – whether it’s the wrong item, size, or you simply changed your mind – we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the item you receive is not right for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery.

We will arrange the return pickup for you – you do not need to ship the product yourself.

Charges Applicable:

  • ₹200 for returning a product

  • ₹100 for product exchange

These charges will be collected while processing your return/exchange request.

Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached

  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, placed inside the shipping box

  • Accessories, strings, bags must be unused, with original packaging and labels

❌ Returns/Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Product appears used, washed, or tampered with

  • Original packaging or tags are missing or damaged

  • Product was bought during sale or clearance – these items are non-returnable and non-refundable

📸 Mandatory: Images & Unboxing Video

To initiate a return or exchange, please provide:

  • Clear product images, and

  • An unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel

Without these, returns/refunds will not be processed.

Refund or Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

  • Arrange an exchange for your selected item

Refund timelines:

  • Online payments – 5–7 working days

  • COD orders – refunded via UPI only

  • Returned to Origin (RTO) – Partial COD amounts are non-refundable

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect

  • In case of any damage or wrong product, the unboxing video is mandatory

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped and receive a 100% refund

  • Once shipped, our standard return policy applies
